How does the pricing work?

Premium Membership
  • Weekly - $120/week
  • Monthly (4 weeks) - $460 ($115/week)

How long is my membership commitment?

You are committed to the end of the current period for which you have paid. Memberships are ongoing, so if you would not like it to renew or would like to change your payment frequency, you can do so from the member portal.

How do payments work?

When you sign up, you can choose your payment frequency and day of the week. We will automatically charge you at the end of each payment period on your chosen day, in advance, for the next period. You can change your payment frequency and day through the member portal.

I would like to cancel, can I have a refund?

You are committed through to the end of your current payment period. As this is the period you have chosen and longer periods have cheaper prices, we cannot refund you for early cancellations.

How do I get access to the gym?

Access to the gym is through your mobile phone. Download the KISI app and log in using your member portal email address and password. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you can hold your phone against the card reader at the front door for access.

How do I make changes to my membership?

You can update your membership, including payment frequency, payment date, and payment details, through the member portal at member.projectbetter.com.au.

Does my membership give me access to all your gyms?

Yes, your membership gives you access to all Project Better gyms. You just need to complete the induction in the member portal for the gym you would like to attend. You can access using the same swipe card or phone app you currently use.

Do you do classes?

We only have limited classes; the gym is more focused on independent and personal training. However, we do have a community class on Saturday morning at 9:30 am, which is free for everybody.

How do I book a sauna?

You can book a sauna session through the member portal member.projectbetter.com.au. Just click on bookings and follow the prompts.

Can my friend come to the gym with me?

If your friend is not a member, they can sign up for a trial session to try the gym out for the first time. After that, if they would like to attend intermittently, they can purchase a pack of single entries through the member portal.

How much is it to use the sauna and ice bath?

The sauna and ice bath are free to use with any membership or gym entry. You just need to make a booking for the sauna through your member portal member.projectbetter.com.au.

Can I do a trial?

Yes, you can register for a trial through our online signup process at member.projectbetter.com.au. Once you have registered, you will have a single entry allocated to your account that you can use anytime. Follow the instructions on your welcome email to download the KISI app, log in, and swipe your phone for entry.

If I sign up, how quickly can I use the gym?

Immediately. If you have chosen today as your start date, you can download the access app KISI, log in, and swipe your phone to access.

How do I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method through the member portal at member.projectbetter.com.au by clicking the credit card icon.

How do I freeze my membership?

You can freeze your membership through the member portal at member.projectbetter.com.au by clicking "freeze".

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership through the member portal at member.projectbetter.com.au by clicking 'cancel membership'.

How do freezes work?

You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months at a time. It's free to do, and there’s no limit to how often you do so. By freezing your membership, you extend your current payment period by the amount of days of your freeze. During your freeze period, you will no longer have access to the gym. At the end of your freeze, your membership will automatically reinstate access, and billing will continue.
